The News On Chart feature displays IR Alerts and Insider Trades headlines on the chart.
To enable the News On Chart:

Right click on the chart and select News.
To configure the News Sources:
1. Click 
and select Config News... as shown below.
To read the detailed News:
1. Click on the selected news as shown below:
2. A pop-out showing the detailed news will be shown as below:
